Payment is due up front for hearing aid services. Diagnostics are billed to the patient’s insurance. The patient is responsible for any co-payments associated with their insurance at the time of service. We offer payment plans through Care Credit and HealthiPlan.
We accept most insurance for diagnostics. Hearing Aid Benefits will be investigated with the patient at the time of the appointment. If Hearing Aid Benefits are available through a patient’s insurance, full payment is due at the time of service and reimbursement will be delivered to patient by the insurance company or by our clinic upon receipt of reimbursement.
Starkey Hear Now Program providers:
The Starkey Hear Now program exists to help individuals who need hearing aids but do not have resources to provide the devices or care. Please call and ask about this program to see if you qualify.
